What your day
will look like…
- Digging into the depths of the Bravo system
- Responding to clients through email and phone
- Troubleshooting issues as they come into the support center
- Using your math skills to dig into Bravo Reporting
- Training clients on new features
- Documenting new solutions to share with the team as well as our clients
- Taking on side projects as time permits
Top candidates
will have…
- Experience in customer service
- SaaS or software company experience a plus
- Desk.com experience a plus
- Detail oriented and organized to achieve and drive results
- Efficient and self-motivated
