National Cyber Security Strategy (JM)

This Strategy recognizes that Information and Communications Technology is a necessary tool for national development but with it comes inherent risks which must be mitigated against. Cyber-crimes have the potential to erode confidence and trust in the economy thereby impairing national development.

This Strategy seeks to establish a framework built around the following key areas: i) Technical Measures; ii) Human Resource and Capacity Building; iii) Legal and Regulatory; and (iv) Public Education and Awareness.
